Vic uses his background in cognitive ergonomics to design learning and training programs. His main area of work is creating training in online formats. He worked as an instructional technologist at the U-M School of Public Health (2004-2012). Vic’s current interests are online collaboration, team science, video, accessibility, and visual design. His education includes a certificate course in eLearning instructional design from the American Society for Training and Development and a master’s in industrial and operations engineering from U-M.
Vic is also a certified stress management coach. He has taught workplace stress and meditation workshops and has facilitated a related community of practice in Southeast Michigan since 2002. Vic lives with his wife and son in Ann Arbor.
